Her professional journey is closely tied to the history of Catta Preta Leal Advogados. She joined the firm as an intern and developed a significant part of her expertise alongside Professor José Mauro Catta Preta Leal, with whom she worked for many years until his appointment as a Justice of the Court of Appeals of Minas Gerais.

A law graduate from the Milton Campos Law School with a postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the same institution, Carolina combines over two decades of legal experience with a deep understanding of the culture and values that founded the firm.
